School social work services

School social workers serve as liaisons between home, school and community by providing direct services to students to enhance well-being and improve academic performance. School social workers help to reduce barriers for students and families by linking them with services and programs within the community. School social work services include attendance support, mental health intervention, crisis support and behavioral assessment. Please contact your school office to access social work services.
