Project Description
The School Board of Orange County, Florida is interested in entering into continuing contracts with various qualified professional Structural Engineering firms to provide services of a specified nature as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto, said services consisting of providing Structural Engineering services throughout the District. The specified services shall include all types and manner of professional services related to Structural Engineering, District-wide, as required and directed by the District. The Continuing Contract shall be awarded in accordance with the requirements of section 287.055, Florida Statute.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
