We want to thank you for your input if you participated in the 2020-21 school year survey. The survey was conducted to gauge the feelings of our parents and employees regarding the COVID-19 pandemic as it relates to next school year. The state is ultimately going to decide where school districts go from here but we wanted to get an idea about how you are feeling. We did receive over 108,000 responses from parents and employees.

We apologize if you have had trouble responding to the survey or did not receive the survey at all. Only the primary parents or guardians associated with a child were to receive the call to complete the survey.

If you received a text message or call saying a survey was coming but never received the survey, you may not be listed as the primary parent or guardian for a student in the system. Please check with your school’s registrar.

The issue could also be with your carrier where the call was recognized as SPAM or that the district’s calls at some point were manually blocked on your smartphone.

If you are a parent that received the survey call multiple times that is because you have more than one child registered to attend an OCPS school next year. You would have received a call for each child on different days.
