2023-24 Stellar Awards Know Before You Go - Honorees & Guests

  • The 2023-24 Stellar Awards will take place on Friday, February 2, 2024 at Rosen Shingle Creek, Gatlin Ballroom A, B & C, 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819.
  • Attire for this event is business formal or cocktail.
  • Honorees are required to wear their badge throughout the event.
  • All attendees will receive their event ticket via email, the same email address listed when registration was completed.
  • Tickets will be emailed Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Check your email, including your spam/junk folder, for a copy of your ticket(s) by searching “TeachTix Support”
  • There is no need for honorees or complimentary guests to check in at the Stellar Registration Desk.
  • If you purchased tickets those guests must show their e-ticket or print-out at the Stellar Registration Desk to claim their beverage voucher. 
  • The district is providing complimentary parking at the Self-Park Lot for Stellar honorees and guests. Note: Valet fees will not be covered or reimbursed by the district.
  • Please plan travel time accordingly as traffic may build up at the venue entrance.
  • Our Stellar Awards program will begin with the Honorees Procession into the ballroom led by Windermere High Winter Guard.
  • All honorees will assemble in Gatlin D at 6:10 p.m.
  • The event timeline is as follows (subject to change):

5:00 p.m.                     Reception begins
6:00 p.m.                     Gatlin Ballroom doors open
6:10 p.m. – 6:20p.m. Honorees assemble for Procession in Gatlin D
6:30 p.m.                     Ceremony starts / Honoree Procession into Ballroom
6:45 p.m.                     Dinner
7:30 p.m.                     Recognition of Honorees and Introduction of Finalists
8:30 p.m.                     Ceremony concludes
