2021-22 General Transfer Applications

2021-22 Transfer Request 
This form is to request a transfer for next school year, i.e., for the 2021-22 school year.

Includes: ESE Sibling, Academic, Rising 5th, 8th, 12th grader, Medical, Psychological

2021-22 Grandfathered Transfer Application

2021-22 Grandfathered Transfer Request
This form is to request a transfer for the 2021-22 school year for an address that has been rezoned and one of the following situations exists:

  • have been rezoned by OCPS two or more times during a grade level (K-5, 6-8, 9-12) at the current address or
  • who has been rezoned from an established school to another established school or
  • will be in 5th or 8th grade when the new school opens (in this case, the student may remain at the existing school instead of being assigned to the rezoned school for the 5th or 8th grade year. New High Schools do not open with 12th grade the first year, thus Seniors remain at their original school)

Please Note:
-No transportation is provided by OCPS
-There is no Transfer eligibility for siblings who do not meet the same criteria for a Grandfathered Transfer.

2021-22 Pending Move Transfer

2021-22 Pending Move Transfer Request
If currently a resident of Orange County, this transfer allows a student to attend a school zoned for the Guardian’s future domicile. For use after May 31, 2021 for the 2021-22 school year.

-Both current and prospective addresses must be located within Orange County.
-
The move in or closing date must be within 60 days from the date the application is submitted.
-
A legal document signed by both parties, such as a contract, indicating the location of the prospective address and the proposed occupancy date is required.
-
If the family does not move by the date provided, the student will be moved to the original zoned school.
-
Transportation is not provided by OCPS.

This form is to request a staff transfer for next school year, i.e., for the 2021-22 school year.

2020-21 Academic Year Completion Transfer (AYC)

Please update your address with the school directly showing proof of residence (lease, home ownership, or verification of residence from the office of student enrollment).
