Family Empowerment Scholarship with Unique Abilities Revocation
Family Empowerment Scholarship with Unique Abilities will be revoked/rescinded for the following reasons:
- If the student is receiving another state Scholarship (including the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship, HOPE Scholarship, New Worlds Reading Scholarship and Family Empowerment Scholarship - Equal Opportunity)
- If the student is participating in virtual instruction
- If the student is enrolled in the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind
"A student can lose eligibility for a scholarship if he or she is enrolled in a DJJ commitment program for longer than 21 days."
