Grant Services

The role of Grant Services is to work with Orange County Public Schools' (OCPS) administrators, instructional and technical personnel to generate and maintain external funding for special initiatives in support of increased academic achievement for all students. Staff works with schools, learning communities and other district level departments to prepare competitive and entitlement grant applications.  When the grants are funded, managers monitor program compliance with funder guidelines and district, state and federal requirements.  The office is currently overseeing compliance for nearly 300 projects representing grant awards totalling over $263 million.
