from his/her supervisor that he/she is unable to work or telework, the employee
should be directed to the OCPS

COVID-19 Employee Benefit Assessment Procedures for Leave have been
designed to help employees navigate the process to identify whether they
qualify for paid leave under any of the following:
- The
Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act under the Families First Coronavirus
Response Act (FFCRA – HR 6201), and/or
- Emergency
FMLA under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA – HR 6201).
