Michael Graf is the ADA Compliance Officer for the Office of Legal Services. He has been with the Office of Legal Services since September 2012 where he also served as paralegal (2012 to 2014).

His areas of specialization include Title I, II and III compliance of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which mandates equal access for individuals with disabilities. He manages the District’s ADA Program which encompasses providing reasonable workplace accommodations to employees, researching and evaluating assistive devices, assessing school and facility access and barrier removal, overseeing website accessibility and compliance, and creating program awareness through staff training and development.

Michael Graf has worked in the legal sector since 2007, from corporate industry marketing and advertising legal compliance to private personal injury and workers’ compensation law.

He is a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) who holds an ADA Coordinator Certification (ACTCP) through the University of Missouri College of Human Environmental Sciences and an Emerging Leadership Program Certificate through Orange County Public Schools.
