Culturally Responsive Schools

Through this initiative, school-level leaders are empowered to develop culturally responsive schools through new knowledge, experiences, and reflection. The leaders review their schools' achievement gap data to aid in identifying disparities and additional resources to support all students. As a result of this series of professional learning, a foundational action plan is developed to support narrowing the achievement gap and disproportionality at the school level.
