Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

As you may recall, the President announced on September 5 the end of the DACA program and set a six-month window for Congress to act. The Department of Homeland Security stopped accepting new DACA applications, and indicated that existing DACA recipients with permits that would otherwise expire on or before March 5, 2018 could apply for renewal only if they did so by October 5.
