    High Expectations for Student Learning

    Close the achievement gap

    • Reduce the percent of low-performing schools, based on the percent of D and F schools
    • Decrease the amount of schools identified for Targeted Support and Improvement (TS&I) due to low-performing subgroups

    Promote early literacy (PreK-2) 

    • Increase the percent of third grade students achieving at grade level or above performance on the statewide assessment in English Language Arts

    Offer multiple pathways to success

    • Increase participation and performance in meaningful accelerated pathways
