Orchestra students become eligible to use school-owned instruments in class, pending availability, by submitting the Instrument Agreement Form and the Instrument Repair Donation of $75.00.
This fee is considerably less than the cost of renting an instrument from a music store. While in his or her care, the student who uses a school-owned instrument is responsible for the proper and safe upkeep and replacement, (if necessary), of the instrument. The director will determine all fines.
Unless otherwise arranged the instrument is for in-class use only.
Checks should be made payable to WPHS Orchestra. Please remember to write your student’s name and the nature of the payment on all checks (i.e. Johnny Smith’s Instrument Rental)! Also, please enclose any payment (cash or check) in an envelope with the student’s name and nature of the payment on the front.
Parents: You can now pay for fees with a credit card or a direct bank draft through the OCPS website.
