ParentAccess

 

 

 

ParentAccess is your direct link to the grading and attendance program used by GMS teachers.  Not only do parents and students have access to grades, but ParentAccess also includes attendance records, daily comments, a Homework page, and a webpage where each teacher can add links and documents.

Student and Parent login information will be sent home Thursday, September 1.  The following week, all mismathched letters will be sent home with students not receiving them on Friday.  If you have not received your login info by the following Thursday, use the request form to the right to have the info emailed to you.

New Feature - Email Alerts

This year, parents may set up alerts to be notified by email of missing or low grades.  Select "Manage Alerts" from the "My Account" tab to set these alerts.  Full documentation is available in the User Guide, downloadable below.

Retrieving Login Information

Parent Logins can only be provided to Parents or Guardians listed in the student's contact information.  Please fill out the form on the right-hand column.  In the details, please list:

Your Name
Student's Name and DOB (if you know the student number, that would be helpful but not necessary)
Login type - either Parent or Student
Request type - password reset, or do you need the original info?


Your login info will be emailed to the address provided.
