Parent Teacher Organization
Mission of Gotha’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO): To enhance and support the educational experience of Gotha Middle School by fostering relationships among the school community, parents and teachers and improving the environment of Gotha Middle School through volunteer and financial support.
What does that mean to you? We all have a vested interest for our school to succeed. Therefore ALL PARENTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY MEMBERS of PTO – there is no need to sign up to be a member - you already are! The PTO Board serves the school by planning and organizing programs. These programs are only successful however if we all work together. We need you to support PTO programs through your time and/or your donations (dollars, supplies, etc.). Keep an eye out for opportunities to support the school through PTO.

Academic Rewards coordinates and executes reward activities for students reaching academic goals.
Guardian Angels acts on behalf of the school to provide services to GMS families & students in need.
8th Grade Dance plans and executes the 8th grade dance at the end of the school year.
Grizzly Greats coordinates and executes reward activities for students receiving this recognition.
Campus Beautification organizes beautification projects on GMS campus throughout the year.
FUNraising organizes and executes smaller-scale, social-oriented “fun” fundraising events.
Staffulty Snack coordinates and executes snack for teachers during monthly staff meetings.
Staffulty Appreciation coordinates and implements thank you activities during Teacher Appreciation Week
