The Procurement Services department is composed of four offices responsible for the contracting, warehousing, and purchasing of OCPS district goods and services.  The Surplus Store offers previously used school, office furniture, and equipment to our community at greatly reduced prices in the Surplus Store which is open to the public on Thursdays.

What is Procurement Services?
Procurement and Contracting manages solicitations, purchase orders and vendor registration that is not related to construction.  These purchases include supplies, technology, software programs, and many other products and services.
Facilities and Construction Contracting is responsible for the procurement of services related to new construction, remodeling, other professional services, and term construction contract services pursuant to Sections 287.055 Florida Statutes.
Office of Business Opportunity strives to encourage the participation of local, developing, and minority and women owned businesses in providing goods and services to Orange County Public Schools
Material Management is comprised of six service oriented departments; the Supply Center, Surplus Operations, Printing Services, Records Management, Courier Services, and the Mail Center. Each provide a service that uniquely benefits the district and maximizes Orange County tax payer funds.
