FAQ's
What if the information in Elink is incorrect?
If your address, telephone number, or student information is incorrect, please contact your student's school to ensure the information is corrected.

How often should I check ELink?
Parents and Guardians should check ELink frequently as this is updated nightly with our routing software. At the start of the school year, changes are more frequent than after the first six (6) weeks of classes.

What if my student's bus route information is blank?
This would indicate that they are not currently on a route. If they are newly registered to a school or moved to a new address, the system may not be updated yet with this information. Please allow 3-5 days for changes to take effect.

What if we did not move or are not newly registered?
There may be many reasons why they may not be routed.
Do you reside within 2 miles of the school (under Florida Status 1006.23)?
Is your address current with the school?
Was your student not riding the bus for an extended time?
Please contact our call center at 407-317-3800 who can assist you further.

How do I change my student's pick-up or drop-off location?
Students are only routed to the home address on file with the school. To get this updated the school must be informed and update the student's ridership record.

Be watchful and slow down for students walking and riding bikes or roller skating to school
