About Us

The School Transformation Office provides innovative, equitable and continuous learning through provisions for research-based best practices across targeted vulnerable schools in OCPS. Our office creates high expectations for meaningful learning experiences through initiatives that focus on teacher quality, leadership capacity, parental involvement, and community partnerships.

We work with school leaders to build and implement practices that improve instruction, bolster teacher collaboration, and strengthen student outcomes.

  • Improving schools entails coherent and orchestrated action across all essential supports. We measure success by building systemic and multifaceted approaches that create high academic performance that inspire ongoing, continuous improvement.
