To meet the Truth in Millage (TRIM) requirements:

• The Tentative Budget Public Hearing should be scheduled between July 28 and Agust 1. 
• The Final Budget Public Hearing should be scheduled between September 8 and September 12.

^ Section 1001.372(1), Florida Statutes, District school board meetings, requires the School Board to hold “not less than one regular meeting each month for the transaction of business according to a schedule arranged by the district school board.” Holding only one (1) meeting in the months of December of 2024, March of 2025 and July of 2025 is in compliance with Section 1001.372(1), Florida Statutes.
