» Enroll or continue in Transition Planning and Participate with HSHT
» Discuss options after transfer of rights

» Meet with guidance counselor to ensure graduation requirements will be met
» Continue participating in Pre-ETS through VR
» If appropriate, continue participation with Transition Planning and HSHT
» Discuss options for deferment
» Enroll in career based electives, if appropriate |

12th Grade |
» Complete Traditional VR referral
» Ensure graduation requirements will be met; academic goals and state testing will discontinue
» If appropriate, continue participation with Transition Planning and HSHT
» Enroll in career based electives, if appropriate
» If planning to defer for a structured work study, enroll in career experiences
» Complete applicable deferment paperwork and/or applications for selected program option. |
