»  Discuss options for deferment
»  Enroll in career based electives, if appropriate
 12th Grade »  Complete Traditional VR referral
»  Ensure graduation requirements will be met; academic goals and state testing will discontinue
»  If appropriate, continue participation with Transition Planning and HSHT

»  Enroll in career based electives, if appropriate
»  If planning to defer for a structured work study, enroll in career experiences 

»  Complete applicable deferment paperwork and/or applications for selected program option.
