February is Love the Bus Month, a nationwide celebration honoring the essential role of school bus transportation and the dedicated professionals who make safe student travel possible every day. This year’s national theme, “Love, Delivered.”, emphasizes the care, professionalism, and community impact of transportation staff, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure students arrive at school safely and on time.

Let’s Read, OCPS!, a district-wide reading challenge, will run from January 26 to April 30, 2026, and aims to encourage students to read for enjoyment and develop a lifelong love of reading by contributing to the district-wide goal of reading 50 million minutes.

OCPS Families – Course Requests for the 2026–27 school year for rising 9th–12th grade students will be completed through Xello Course Planner from January 20 - February 27.
