Compliance and Verification Services

Welcome

Welcome to the Compliance and Verification Services Department. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and professionalism across the district’s workforce. Our team ensures that all employment practices, personnel processes, and staff conduct align with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as district policies.

The Compliance Department oversees:

  • Policy adherence and regulatory compliance
  • Employee background screening and fingerprinting
  • Employee credentialing and licensure monitoring
  • Audit preparation and risk mitigation

Our mission is to support a safe, ethical, and legally compliant work environment that fosters trust and equity across the district. We work closely with schools, departments, and leadership to promote transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement in all HR-related matters.

We are here as a resource, partner, and advocate for both employees and the district, ensuring that compliance is not just a requirement but a shared responsibility.

Thank you for partnering with us in maintaining a strong, responsible, and compliant workforce.
