Beyond the title slide, there are several options for content slides you can use. They are all visible on your original download file. Save it for future use.

Use the slide options you find most useful for your show. You may use as many options as suit your presentation. Simply use the "layout" drop down to select your preferred slide type.

Letterhead

The Orange County Public Schools official letterhead is a standardized template used for formal district communications. It reflects the professionalism and integrity of OCPS, featuring the district logo, contact information, and consistent formatting to ensure clarity and brand alignment. Staff should use the official letterhead for all external correspondence to maintain a unified and recognizable district identity.

Business Cards

Orange County Public Schools' official business cards are designed to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across the district. These cards follow approved formatting and branding guidelines to ensure clarity and uniformity. Email Signatures

 

Email signatures for all employees should follow these guidelines:

Name (bold, 14pt), (Optional: up to three higher degrees/certifications; none below Master's)
Title, department/school (non bold, 12pt)
Orange County Public Schools Logo (150x45px)
Physical address (one line, non bold, 12 pt)
Phone number(s) and IP CISCO extension(s), (one line, 12pt)
www.ocps.net or school website address (non bold, 12pt)

• Email signatures should NOT include personal quotes, scriptures or other graphics.
• District/professional social media icons are permitted as shown below, but must not be larger than OCPS logo.
• Professional certifications/award icons are permitted as shown below.
• Instructions for creating/editing email signatures is available here. (will need to add assets, properly sized logos, instructions etc. to the Stylebook page.

Social Media Avatars

To maintain a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms, departments with official Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) social media accounts are required to use an official OCPS avatar as their profile image. These avatars are designed to reflect the district’s visual standards and ensure immediate recognition by our community. Use of any other image or logo is not permitted for official accounts. Social media avatars for departments can be downloaded by clicking the button below.
