School Transformation Office

About:

The School Transformation Office is a dedicated team of coaches and administrators who work as laser-focused collaborative teams providing academic program enhancements that improve student achievement.

Executive Leader and Principal Leaders facilitate the support structures that are used to guide this department and keep the district’s vision that, “every student graduates prepared and inspired for a thriving future” in the forefront as we focus on continuous improvement.  In visiting the schools daily, we are fully engaged in the processes and procedures on the various campuses to encourage further enhancement as we look forward to the great things our schools will accomplish.

The School Transformation Office (STO) was established in 2013 to provide strategic, centralized support based on prioritized needs. The focus of the office is to help schools function as “purposeful and student-centered teams” with “high expectations for student mastery” in a “safe and supportive learning environment.” As we concentrate on the individual needs of students, utilize data to drive instruction, and sustain community engagement and investment, the team analyzes student diagnostic and progress monitoring data to ensure that the resources are aligned with the cognitive demands of each learner as well as keep the communication open to stakeholders in order to have the entire village support the growth and learning of the child.
