ITS is a department at OCPS supporting VOIP telecommunications, computer and hardware management, software applications and the enterprise data warehouse, the project management office, and service requests. Click here for a copy of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Applications Office is responsible for both school and business software application development for the district. The applications department is also responsible for integration between different systems to ensure seamless communication and reporting capability.

Information Security delivers and maintains an information security program that safeguards information assets against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, damage or loss. Through the use of systems, policies and procedures the team supports the District's goal of providing a safe learning and working environment.

Enterprise Project Management Office manages large technology related projects and the governance by which projects are selected and prioritized.

Infrastructure and Device Management is a high-performing and dedicated team of IT professionals who provide a wide range of support services for district applications and devices. Other services provided by Device Management include network support at both at the school and at the district level.

Service Center is a diverse team responsible for assisting OCPS employees with technology issue management which can be telephone, computer, application, network based, or training on new technology. For technical assistance, submit an online service request or reach them by phone at 407-317-3375.
