With scoops of brown dirt and golden shovels, students and dignitaries celebrated the groundbreaking of one of two new high schools being built in Orange County. Lake Buena Vista HS (then known as Site 80-H-SW-4) will relieve overcrowding at Freedom and Dr. Phillips high schools when it opens in 2021. A second new high school, Horizon HS, will open at the same time and will relieve Windermere High School.
