Medication

Parents or Guardians must provide written permission for prescribed medication administration & over the counter medication administration. Permission includes: Student's name, strength and dosage of medication, direction for administration and indications of use. Prescribed medication needs to be in the original packaging with most current labels from the Pharmacy identifying the above including the Physician's Name. Non-prescription medications will only be accepted in factory sealed original containers. Medications will only be accepted by Parents/Guardians, please do not send with the Student and/or Siblings.
