Student Surveys Page
The Student Surveys page was created as a result of Florida Statute section 1001.42. All data collection instruments (e.g., surveys, interview protocols, focus group protocols) must be in compliance with this new legislation and provide parents and guardians with the opportunity to review materials associated with research studies implemented in the school district.

Parents can opt out of having their children participate in research studies at any time.

Upcoming and Current Surveys

The following survey and interview questions are scheduled to be administered to students in select schools beginning on the dates included in ( ):

Study ID S10: Fall 2024 Stakeholder Survey for Students  (Oct. 15th)


Families will receive a message from the participating schools if their student is eligible to participate.

Student Survey Opt-Out Form

Parents who would like to opt their student out of participating in a student survey must complete the Student Survey Opt-Out form prior to the first day of the survey window.
