In partnership with Orange County Public Schools, the Orange County Department of Health is hosting free immunizations events on March 2, April 13, and May 4th at the following middle schools.

Know Before You Go to Immunization Events:
- Bring student's current shot record.
- Bring student's birth certificate, passport, or government issued I.D.
- Parent or guardian must accompany the child.
- Parent or guardian must bring a valid I.D.
- Child MUST be present for 680s.
- Kindergarten (4) through 7th grade
