Rigorous Coursework

Everything Forsyth Woods is focused on nurturing the success of our students. There are many different academic paths that lead to the same end result – high student achievement. Forsyth Woods provides access to challenging classes and programs to help all students accelerate their academic performance toward meeting and exceeding standards.

Magnet and/or Special Programs

Forsyth Woods has been part of a federal STEM grant for the past 5 years, bringing additional resources for students and teachers into the school to enhance the awareness of and participation in STEM. Students have the opportunity to participate in Design Challenges, integrating all subject areas into STEM activities.

Athletics and Extracurricular Programs

The purpose of athletics and extracurricular programs in every school in OCPS is to promote good sportsmanship, academic achievement, and athletic talent. Forsyth Woods believes that a dynamic program of student activities is vital to the educational development of every student.
