June 2, 2020 update: The safety, health, and well-being of our students, staff, and the community are of the utmost importance to Orange County Public Schools. OCPS continues to closely monitor information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and is following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Florida Department of Health (FDOH).

Until the State of Florida enters into Phase 2 of the reopening, OCPS facilities will remain closed to facility rentals. At that time, OCPS will review opening of individual facilities.

Upon opening, facility users will be required to sign an addendum setting forth additional cleaning and sanitation requirements, responsibility for CDC compliance, liability, and additional costs. The addendum will require each user to complete a plan for compliance.   

Details concerning the opening of OCPS facilities will be posted on the Facilitron Storefront and the OCPS Facility Use/Rental webpage. Please check back for current information.

When the Facilitron reservation system opens, users will be able to submit use requests; however, no reservations will be approved/activated until: 1) OCPS evaluates reopening of individual facilities to community users; and 2) all past due amounts are paid (no delinquent status).

How Do I Schedule Use of an Orange County Public School Facility?

To request use of an OCPS facility, create or login to an existing Facilitron account and submit a request online. Facilitron has created accounts for existing users. An automated email has been sent to you to create a password to access your renter account.

Facilitron will assist with the set-up of organization and user accounts. Facilitron will also collect payment and proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) on Orange County Public School’s behalf. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and Paypal.
