Certified Behavior Analysts
Behavior
Analysts consult and collaborate with school based behavior teams to
design, implement, train and evaluate formal Behavior Intervention
Plans. The formal Behavior Intervention Plans are written using
information collected using a Functional Assessment or Analysis. These
plans may include complex reinforcement schedules and behavior procedures to decrease maladaptive behavior.
Behavior Analysts also conduct a variety of trainings
throughout the district. Some of the trainings include: Functions of Behavior & Behavior Intervention Plans, Data & and Graphing, Reinforcement 101/102, and the Annual Restraint/Seclusion overview.
