The OCPS Talent Acquisition Team's mission is to recruit the “Best and Brightest” across the nation for any and all needed positions within the district.

We do this by maintaining positive relationships with all Florida Colleges/Universities and community job fair leaders, while increasing diversity of candidates through proactive relationships with HBCU’s.
