Facility Rental Information

Orange County Public Schools has implemented a new online facility rental request system. Using the Facilitron system, reservation requests can be easily submitted online. Facility users are able to access photos and descriptions of facilities, review availability, obtain estimated quotes, and pay rental invoices online.

To access the OCPS storefront and submit a reservation request, please visit the OCPS facilities request system.

Facilitron will collect and verify proof of insurance and will collect payment for facility rentals. Facility user's will be able to submit payment using a major credit card, ACH/eCheck, Paypal, or by check. 

Please click for an introduction video on how to submit a reservation request. For facility users that rented OCPS Facilities prior to the transition to Facilitron, accounts have been created on your behalf. An automated email was sent to you from Facilitron.com with instructions on how to create a password and how to access your Facilitron renter account.
