2020-21 School Year

Please ensure you update your address with the registrar at your school if you move. It is important to keep your address current to ensure you receive information.

2020-21 Transfer Request
This form is to request a transfer for next school year, i.e., for the 2020-21 school year.

Includes: ESE Sibling, Rising 5th, 8th, 12th grader, Medical, Psychological

2020-21 Pending Move Transfer Request
If currently a resident of Orange County, this transfer allows a student to attend a school zoned for the Guardian’s future domicile.

-Both current and prospective addresses must be located within Orange County.
-
The move in or closing date must be within 60 days from the date the application is submitted.

A legal document signed by both parties, such as a contract, indicating the location of the prospective address and the proposed occupancy date is required.
-
If the family does not move by the date provided, the student will be moved to the original zoned school.
-
Transportation is not provided by OCPS.

2020-21 Staff Transfer Request (OCPS Employees Only)
This form is to request a staff transfer for next school year, i.e., for the 2020-21 school year.

Save blank transfer application to your computer, open saved document, fill in blanks, and save completed transfer application to attach to email.
