OCPS categorizes vendors into
two groups:
1. CONTACT -- Individuals who have direct contact with
students, could be on school grounds when students are present, or have control
of school funds.
2. NON-CONTACT -- Individuals whose performance of a contract with
the school or school board is not anticipated to result in direct contact with
students, and for whom any unanticipated contact would be infrequent and
incidental.

PREVIOUSLY BEEN TERMINATED, RECOMMENDED INELIGIBLE BY OCPS, OR RESIGNED IN LIEU
OF TERMINATION. INDIVIDUALS DISREGARDING THIS WILL NOT BE ISSUED A BADGE AND
COULD BE PROSECUTED.
