College Entrance Exams

College Entrance Exams

A college entrance exam is a standardized aptitude test measuring knowledge in various skill areas, used to assess your potential to perform in the future. Your high school courses will help you to prepare, but practice tests will be useful to familiarize yourself with the types of questions asked, formatting, and timing necessary to be successful.

The tests you will need to take depend on the colleges you apply to. The tests below are the most commonly used to assess prospective students:

What to expect from the Digital SAT

  • The SAT, or Scholastic Assessment Test, primarily assesses a high school student's readiness for college-level coursework. It evaluates skills in reading, writing, and math, providing a standardized measure for college admissions. The SAT is a multiple-choice, computer-based test administered by the College Board.
