Kelly Educational Staffing is contracted
with Orange County Public Schools to provide substitute teachers. Substitutes are fingerprinted as vendors.
1. If you have existing, active vendor
fingerprints you may not need to fingerprint – select FSSR
2. Orange County Public Schools employee
fingerprints are not transferable to Kelly – When you leave OCPS your
fingerprints are deleted to mitigate fees charged to the district for retaining
them – select New Hire
3. Orange County Public Schools regularly hires
Kelly Substitutes for full-time school district employment – If hired by OCPS
you will be required to re-fingerprint
New Kelly Hire
New - Applies to:
- New, never fingerprinted before
- OCPS transfers - those leaving OCPS and joining KES for the first time
- Someone who fingerprinted more than five years ago
FSSR
FSSR - Applies to:
- Individuals previously fingerprinted for KES within the past five years
- Any vendor, joining KES
